Camp Naumkeg Abatement and Demolition

This was a turn-key project involving utility disconnects, asbestos abatement, structural demolition, debris segregation & disposal, and site grading.

Asbestos Abatement involved removal of asbestos containing flooring finishes under negative pressure containment, and excavation / removal of asbestos cement pipe throughout the site.

Apex was then responsible for the demolition and disposal of 5 buildings of various construction type across the waterfront property.

A clean, level site was left for the incoming contractor to start the next phase of new construction on site.
