Wares Beach Residential Demolition

Continuing a string of recent water-front demolition projects, Apex was responsible for lead paint management, demolition, dust control, and removal of two structures at a residential property adjacent to a town beach.

In coordination with the town, we were able to obtain an emergency waiver from the state to sneak the project in, just before the opening of the beach to town residents!
