Maple Gardens Asbestos Abatement and Building Demolition

This was a turn-key project involving utility disconnects, installation of site security fencing and erosion controls, asbestos abatement, structural demolition, debris segregation & disposal, and site grading.

Asbestos Abatement involved removal of asbestos containing flooring finishes, cove base, and thermal systems insulation under negative pressure containment. Exploratory demo was required to locate and ensure removal of all ACM concealed in wall cavities.

Demolition involved leveling a multi-story height structure, showcasing our brand-new Komatsu PC290 hydraulic excavator with 360 rotating grapple attachment.

A clean, level site was left for the incoming contractor to start the next phase of new construction on site.
