Fire Station Abatement, Demolition and Restoration

As General Contractor, Apex facilitated a turnkey project including fencing and erosion control installation, utility disconnects and MEP make-safe, asbestos abatement, demolition of the existing structure, backfill / grading, and various building restoration tasks inclusive of but not limited to: New structural framing, new roofing and siding installation, brick facade construction, chimney construction, concrete flatwork, and new pavers installation.

As the existing fire station was attached to the post office to-remain, a surgical building separation with weather protection was required pre-demolition.

This was yet another complex project further showcasing our ability as a GC, beyond just demolition and abatement.
