Baseball Grandstand Demolition and Abatement

As General Contractor, Apex carried out a turn key operation responsible for site security and erosion control implementation, utility disconnects, traditional asbestos abatement & hazmat removal, demolition of the structure and foundations, and groundwater management. Post demolition, clean fill and stone were imported and placed, leaving a clean level site for the next phase of work to hit the ground running.
