Fire Damaged Demolition

Apex provided emergency demolition services of a fire damaged 3-story structure. The building was demolished and disposed of as asbestos contaminated debris under a MADEP approved Non-Traditional Work Plan. At the request of the client, Apex performed a careful building separation of conjoined structures that were both damaged in the previous fire.
