Bank of America Demolition And Abatement
This was a turn-key project involving utility disconnects, installation of site security, asbestos abatement, structural demolition, debris segregation & disposal, backfill & grading.
Asbestos Abatement involved removal of seam sealant from the attic space under negative pressure containment, as well as excavation and removal of asbestos-cement pipe throughout the site.
Demolition involved leveling a multi-story height structure, and utilizing a variety of demolition attachments to handle a heavily reinforced concrete & steel bank vault.
A clean, level site was left for the incoming contractor to start the next phase of new construction on site.
